- How do I book time with Brad?
- Pick one of the three ways above. A discovery session is the place to start: fifteen minutes, no charge, to see if there is a fit. Counsel and deep dives are for when you already know what you want to work on.
- What happens right after I pick a time?
- You get a calendar invite with a video link straight away. Show up at the time you picked; that is the whole flow.
- Can I reschedule or cancel?
- Yes. Every confirmation email carries its own reschedule and cancel links. Both paid sessions are fully refundable up to 24 hours before we meet (for a deep dive, up to 24 hours before the first session).
- Which time zone are the times shown in?
- Every time is shown in your own time zone automatically. Brad works from Central Time.
