Privacy Policy

What we collect, and why

Only what a booking needs, nothing sold, no advertising trackers. Effective July 20, 2026.

Who controls your data

Brad's Block is operated by Quantum Pipes Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, and timezone, so we can book and confirm the meeting.
  • The meeting type and time you choose, and any topic or note you add.
  • For paid sessions, a payment reference and the amount. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service and prevent abuse, including a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only for rate limiting.

Why we use it

To schedule your meeting, place the calendar hold, create the video link, send your confirmation, receipt, and reminders, process payments and refunds, and keep the service secure. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it.

If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful bases are performing the booking you request, meeting legal obligations such as tax record-keeping, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with the service providers that make a booking work: a payment processor for paid sessions, a calendar provider to place the hold, a video provider to create the meeting link, and an email service to deliver your confirmations. Each acts on our instructions and only for these purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

These providers and the infrastructure that runs the site may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Cookies and tracking

We use only what the site needs to function, such as a bot-protection check on forms and, for the operator, a sign-in session cookie. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we protect it

Your information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what running the service requires, and card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. No method is ever perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to run the service and meet tax and legal obligations, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where we are not required to keep it.

Your choices

You can access, correct, or delete your information, or ask what we hold, by emailing us. You can cancel a booking anytime from the link in your confirmation email. The service is for adults and is not directed to children.

Depending on where you live, such as the UK, EU, or California, you may have additional rights, including to receive a copy of your information or object to certain uses. Email us to exercise them, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
