Terms of Service
Booking time on Brad's Block
Plain terms for a simple service: you book a time, some sessions are paid, and this page says how that works. Effective July 20, 2026.
Who you are agreeing with
Brad's Block is operated by Quantum Pipes Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (the merchant of record for any payment). By booking a time, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not book.
The service
Brad's Block lets you schedule a meeting with Brad Gauthier. Some meeting types are free and some are paid; the type, length, and price are shown before you confirm. Paid sessions require payment up front. A confirmed booking places a calendar hold and creates a video meeting link, which we send to the email you provide.
What this is, and what it isn't
Sessions and any written materials are general business and strategic guidance drawn from Brad Gauthier's own experience. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice, and booking one does not create a professional, fiduciary, or agency relationship. The decisions you make afterward are your own.
Payment
Paid sessions are charged in full at checkout through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We accept payment cards only. We never see or store your full card number; we keep a payment reference and the amount so we can issue receipts and refunds. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; no hidden fees are added.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email. Refund eligibility depends on the session type:
- Single sessions (including Counsel). Full refund up to 24 hours before the session; no refund inside 24 hours.
- Deep-dive packages (multiple sessions). Full refund up to 24 hours before the first session; no refund inside 24 hours.
Eligible refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method and usually reappear on your statement within a few business days. If a slot is taken between your payment and our confirmation, we do not book it and your payment is refunded in full, automatically.
If we ever need to cancel or move a confirmed session, the choice is yours: a new time that works for you, or a full refund.
Confidentiality and your report
What you share in a booking or a session stays between us. We use it to prepare for and hold your session, and we keep it confidential except where the law requires otherwise. The written report from a deep dive is yours to use for your own purposes; the underlying methods and frameworks behind it stay ours.
Your part
Give accurate booking details, use the service lawfully, and do not try to disrupt or abuse it. We may decline or cancel a booking that looks fraudulent, abusive, or automated, and refund any payment where our policy calls for it.
No warranty and limits
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you book is the one that applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
